Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") thoroughly before registering for, attending, or silently observing MIMECON 2027. By checking the registration box, donning white gloves, or stepping within five meters of an invisible box boundary, you agree to be bound by the non-verbal covenants herein.
1. Mandatory Decibel Limits & Vocal Muting
MIMECON 2027 is governed under strict non-verbal litigation protocols. Attendees agree to maintain a maximum ambient vocal output of 0.0 decibels while inside conference halls, panel rooms, and networking lounges.
In the event of accidental vocalization—including cleared throats, sneezes, audible groans during keynotes, or whispered corporate networking—attendees agree to pay a Liquidated Decibel Penalty of $250 USD per acoustic offense to the International Legal Mime Technology Association (ILMTA).
2. Invisible Enclosures & Spatial Boundaries
Participants acknowledge that conference hallways may contain designated, non-visible barriers ("Invisible Boxes"). Colliding with, leaning against, or unexpectedly discovering an invisible wall does not constitute grounds for premises liability claims against MIMECON, LegallyMime.com, or the venue.
- Attendees must yield right-of-way to co-chairs actively executing invisible rope pulls in high-traffic corridors.
- Trap scenarios: In the event an attendee is enclosed within a non-verbal barrier during a breakout session, they must silently signal an usher using two palms flat against mid-air.
3. Dress Code & White Glove Compliance
All attendees, sponsors, and keynotes must comply with the Official Legal Mime Dress Code: dark tailored suits paired exclusively with certified white cotton gloves. Black-and-white striped business ties are permitted but strictly monitored.
Failure to wear compliant white gloves during hands-on wall-feeling seminars or panel gestures will result in immediate escort to the conference Silent Disciplinary Lounge.
4. Dispute Resolution & Non-Verbal Binding Arbitration
Any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or MIMECON 2027 shall be resolved exclusively through Non-Verbal Binding Arbitration. Both parties explicitly waive their right to speak, submit written affidavits, or hire spoken-word legal counsel.
Arbitration hearings shall consist of a 45-minute silent gesture presentation before a tribunal of senior LegallyMime.com advocates. The decision of the presiding arbitrator shall be delivered via single exaggerated nod or solemn headshake and shall be final and non-appealable.
5. Intellectual Property & Gesture Rights
All silent panel presentations, non-verbal courtroom techniques, and proprietary wall-feeling methodologies showcased at MIMECON 2027 are the exclusive intellectual property of ILMTA and LegallyMime.com.
Attendees are granted a limited, non-transferable license to perform learned gestures in private courtrooms. Commercial re-enactment, unauthorized miming in public squares, or audio dubbing of MIMECON recordings is strictly prohibited without prior silent consent.
